Additional Returns Information

If you're unable to visit a store, you can return your item by post. Please review the conditions below:

  1. Return Window:
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility:
    Items must be:

    Unworn and unused

    In original packaging

    With all original tags attached

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    Gift cards

    Final sale or clearance items

    Socks, underwear, or face coverings (for hygiene reasons)

  4. How to Return by Post:

    Email DELIVERIES@NIKEUK.com with your order number and reason for return.

    we will send return instructions and provide a return address.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  5. Exchanges:

    Need a different size or style? Email us within 30 days.

    Once your return is received, we’ll process the exchange or issue store credit.

  6. Refunds:

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

    Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

  7. Damaged or Faulty Items:

    If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and description.

    We’ll prioritise replacements or full refunds.
